Each Enrapt Sensory Play order is prepared with care. Our current processing time is 5–7 business days before dispatch.

During holidays or new product launches, processing time may extend up to 2 weeks due to higher order volume.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped. We appreciate your patience as we prepare your items with attention and care.

Returns & Cancellations

We want you to feel confident and delighted with your order.

Order Cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase for a full refund. After this window, your order will begin processing and cannot be cancelled.

Returns:
Due to the handmade and sensory nature of our products — and for hygiene reasons — all sales are final.

If there’s a concern with your order or something isn’t quite right, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. We’ll do our best to make it right and ensure your experience with Enrapt Sensory Play remains a positive one.
